​How long will it take for my order to arrive?

​We do our best to fetch your items as fast as possible! Because we source our innovative pet gear globally to find the best quality, standard delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days (for our fast-ship items) up to 10-14 days depending on demand. You can track your package's journey every step of the way on our Track Your Order page!

​Can I track my package?

​Absolutely! As soon as your order ships out, Leo sends a tracking number straight to your inbox. Just head over to our tracking page, drop the number in, and see exactly where your goodies are.

​My order has multiple items, will they arrive together?

​Not always! To keep shipping fast and costs low, we sometimes ship items directly from different partner warehouses the second they are ready. If one item arrives before the rest, don't panic—the others are hot on its tail!

​📦 Orders & Returns

​Can I change or cancel my order?

​Our system processes orders almost instantly to ensure fast delivery! If you need to change a shipping address or cancel an order, please email us at Shilts9@hotmail.com within 1 hour of placing it. Once our warehouse team packages it up, we can't make changes.

​What is your return policy?

​We want you and your pet to be 100% thrilled! We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Just shoot us a message via our Contact page or email us to get the return process started. Please note: For hygiene reasons, heavily used items or custom/personalized gear cannot be returned.

​What if my item arrives damaged or broken?

​Oh no! We strict-test our gear, but sometimes things get bumpy in transit. If an item arrives broken, take a quick photo of the damage and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship out a brand-new replacement immediately, entirely on Leo's tab!

​How do I know what size to get for my pet?

​Most of our wearable items (like harnesses and jackets) have a specific size chart right on the product page. If your furry friend is right on the line between two sizes, we always recommend ordering the larger size for maximum comfort!
